Right from the first communication to the last - it has been nothing short of exceptional. We rented both Villa Gaia and Gaia Sea - 16 in our party. Our team in Corfu was outstanding - from wonderful Patricia - our house manager - and her team to the best massage therapist ever. Our chefs were next level - we never wanted to eat anywhere else....The experience was seamless.. not one complaint for our entire group. We hadn’t used Villa Collective before, so I was a little apprehensive, but I really needn’t have been. The service was outstanding from first contact. Shout out to the sales team, who provided me with all the information I needed to book the villa (I asked a lot of questions!), and Bella, who looked after us once the booking went through. Nothing was too much trouble, Bella arranged everything from taxis, to food shopping and restaurants, always prompt, reliable and friendly. Villa Collective even provided us with a complimentary bottle of champagne upon arrival.
